Queer Sex & Relationship Therapy with Chui-Yee

As a psychosexual and relationship therapist, I specialise in Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD), with a deep focus on intersectionality. My practice provides affirmative, anti-racist counselling for the QTBIPOC communities and other marginalised individuals and couples.

My work often includes helping clients explore Ethical/Consensual Non-Monogamy (ENM), whether they are considering the possibilities of opening up a relationship for the first time, or addressing challenges within an existing ENM dynamic.

    Tarot Therapy

The Tarot has long been used as a tool for understanding who we are. In Tarot Therapy, the cards act as a visual aid to guide the session, and can sometimes shed light on perspectives which might not be immediately accessible to the conscious mind.

About me

Being a child of first-generation immigrants from Hong Kong and growing up bi-cultural, I have always been aware of the impact which race and intersectionality can have on our sexual identity and expression. Our cultural heritage, religion, social class/background, the education system, family dynamics and health can all make us live by narratives and internal scripts which might not be in total alignment with the true expression of who we are, especially in terms of our sexuality and gender identity.

I am also a qualified Yoga teacher, which allows me to harness the benefits to mental health and physical wellbeing that the practice of Yoga, meditation and breathwork can bring. Yoga teaches us the importance of balance in all aspects of our lives. The union of mind and body is at the heart of Yogic practice, and healing the mind-body connection is often the pathway to greater wellbeing in our sexual expression and pleasure.
